Πάτρα: Έφυγε από τη ζωή η ψυχή του βιβλιοπωλείου 'Discover', Ντέπη Μαντά - Την Τετάρτη η κηδεία της:
"Εφυγε" σήμερα από την ζωή μετά απο μάχη με την επάρατη νόσο, η Ντέπη Μαντά, σύζυγος του γνωστού επιχειρηματία Νίκου Μαντά. Η θανούσα ήταν επί σειρά ετών η ψυχή του βιβλιοπωλείου "DISCOVER", στην οδό Πατρέως.
Η Ντέπη Μαντά ήταν ιδιαίτερα γνωστή και αγαπητή την τοπική κοινωνία της Πάτρας και είχε ενεργή ενασχόληση με τα πολιτιστικά δρώμενα της πόλης.
Η εκλιπούσα είχε σπουδές στην Ελλάδα και τις ΗΠΑ όπου είχε αποφοιτήσει το 1970 από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Dallas παίρνοντας BA Art History, Interior Architectural Design.
Η Ντέπη Μαντά, στάθηκε γενναία απέναντι στη σκληρή δοκιμασία της υγείας της καθώς αντιμετώπιζε σοβαρά προβλήματα τα οποία είχαν επιδεινωθεί το τελευταίο διάστημα.
Πάντως μέχρι το τέλος ήταν παρούσα στις κοινωνικές και οικογενειακές εκδηλώσεις, αφού σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, το περασμένο Σάββατο, είχε βιώσει την τελευταία χαρά της ζωής της, παραβρισκόμενη στη βάπτιση της εγγονής της, Δέσποινας, στην οποία δόθηκε το όνομά της. Η βάπτιση της κορούλας του πρωτότοκου γιου της Χαράλαμπου είχε γίνει στο σπίτι της οικογένειας στον Λυκοχωρό.
Η κηδεία της θα γίνει την Τετάρτη στις 5 μ.μ. από τον Ιερό Ναό Αγίου Νικολάου, στο Τρεχλό Καλαβρύτων.
